Reminiscent of an 1800s artifact excavated from an abandoned alpine lodge, The Shining Delftware Moon Pot exhibits decorative details in the tradition of early cobalt on white Delftware and Staffordshire transferware that documented notorious crimes in the 19th century. Serving as a stoneware record inspired by the winter horror story known as The Shining.

Crafted by hand in the Pacific Northwest at GLDNMNKY Studio, Portland. Each Shining Delftware Moon Pot is cast in stoneware, trimmed, bisque-fired, then glazed with custom finishes and high-fired to full vitrification. The original artwork is applied in pigmented glass enamel and fused in a third firing for a permanent surface. Every piece is carefully inspected, signed, and numbered. Edition limited to 1,000. An independent, artist-made ceramic heirloom inspired by the The Shining.
