Shipping

• Origin: All ceramic pieces are produced and shipped from our studio in Portland, Oregon.
• Regions and rates for ceramics:
  • U.S. lower-48, DC: free insured shipping. Packing and postage are included in the item price.
  • AK, HI, PR, GU, VI & APO/FPO/DPO: live carrier rates are shown at checkout.
  • International: live rates at checkout for postal priority international or express courier.
• Apparel and accessories (partner-fulfilled): U.S. 5.95 plus 2.50 for each additional item. International 12.95 plus 4.50 for each additional item.
• Processing times: In-stock ceramics ship in 3 to 5 business days. Preorders ship within the time window shown on the product page.
• Tracking: Tracking updates are provided for shipments created through our label service.
• Packaging: Ceramics are packed by hand using protective materials and methods intended to support safe transit.
• Delivery timing after shipment:
  • U.S. lower-48 and DC: typically 3 to 7 business days.
  • APO/FPO/DPO: typically 2 to 5 weeks.
  • AK, HI, PR, GU, VI and international: varies by service and customs processing.
• Split deliveries: Ceramics ship from our Portland studio. Apparel and accessories are partner-fulfilled and may arrive in separate parcels.
• International duties and taxes: International customers are responsible for any duties and import taxes that may apply in their country.

Refunds & Returns

• Preorders: cancel any time before shipment for a full refund. After delivery, the 14-day policy below applies.
• Return window: you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition:
  • Handmade ceramics: Each piece is made in our Portland, Oregon studio. Subtle variation in color, form, and surface is inherent to the making process and contributes to the character of the work. For a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and sent back in the original packaging.
  • Apparel: Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached and returned in the original packaging.
• How to start: use the contact form on this page with your order number and a brief note. We will review your request and reply with the return address and instructions.
• Costs: for returns not related to a delivery issue, the customer pays return shipping.
• Delivery issues or incorrect items: if an item arrives damaged in transit, incorrect, or does not match the item ordered or the written description, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review and advise next steps.
• Refunds: refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and reviewed, typically within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless required to resolve a verified delivery issue.
