Returns & Refunds Policy
I want every collector to be confident in their purchase. My return process is clear and straightforward so you can purchase with assurance.

Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for handmade ceramics, clothing, and accessories. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging.

Returns are accepted when:
• An item arrives damaged or with a defect — please include photos so I can resolve the issue quickly
• An item isn’t the right fit, provided it is unused and in original condition

Important Notes
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method after the item is received and inspected
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days; in rare cases, it may take up to 30 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Handmade Ceramics
Each ceramic piece is made by hand in my Portland, Oregon studio. Variations in size, shape, glaze, and surface finish are part of the creative process and the identity of each piece.

If returned for personal preference, the piece will be accepted within the 14-day window if it is unused, in original condition, and return shipping is covered by you. Custom pieces and commissions are non-refundable.

Clothing & Accessories
Clothing and accessories are custom-printed by my production partners. Returns are accepted within the 14-day window if they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a defect, contact me within the return window with photos so I can arrange a replacement or refund.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for knowing and complying with their country’s import policies. Any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not refundable.
Tracked and insured shipping is recommended for returns from outside the U.S. to ensure safe delivery.
